Golf My Own Damn Way: A Real Guy's Guide to Chopping Ten Strokes Off Your Score Review
John Daly is by far my favorite golfer of all time!
I've read this book as well as "My life in and out of the rough" and highly recommend them both. This is certainly a quick read with many tips on improving your golf game, some being very technical while others are just funny (but still useful). There are also recommendations on different ways to play/gamble/have fun with the game as well.
This book is a great follow up, or starter read for anyone who would like to get to know John Daly as a golfer or as a person. I found this book extremely well written and a joy to read. It actually had my laughing out loud at some of the amusing content.
I recommend this book to any sports/golf fan, anyone who would like to improve their golf game without putting to much effort into it, or anyone who has ever heard of John and would like to hear about some of his accomplishments and failures. It is a great book that should be in any golfers book collection!

Hilarious read - Kathleen Cooney -
this book is a change from John Daly's first book, but equally entertaining. the book is for the average golfer who wants a good, interesting, informative read. I loved it ! JOhn's ability to relate to the average golfer is refreshing. He doesn't know how good he really is.
Not exactly what I expected! - Michael J. Repas - outside Madison, Wisconsin
Knowing I had followed the career of Daly before he became something of a train wreck. a good friend recommended I buy this book. Sensing reluctance he promised to pay for it if I was disappointed. When I flipped it open it was not at all what I expected. Folks, what John Daly has here is, essentially, not only golf his damn way, but a respectful knock-off of Harvey Penick's Little Red Book.
Daly's tips and suggestions give evidence that beneath all the reckless buffoonery lies a talented player. Lots of good to very, very good tips and suggestions on how to approach and play the game.
Pick up a copy and I'm betting you too will discover the unexpected.
Funny - Angelo Colombo - Stresa, VB Italy
The book is funny and personal, the approach of Daly makes sense to both the aspiring golfer and the beginner.
